The 4 Performance Pillars
Pillar 1: Performance & Culture Reset
Objective: Establish a visible, unmistakable standard for what it means to be active and supported in the REACH Self-Gen Program.

Weekly (at the start of Sales Meetings):

Monthly Recognition Includes:

- Advanced training with installers, finance partners, equipment reps, branding, tax, and retirement experts
Pillar 2: Management Energy Reallocation
Leadership support and access are allocated based on execution. High performers receive direct access and advanced support. Reps still developing receive structured group training and clear expectations.
Pillar 3: Self-Gen System Training
Training focuses on system mastery, rep-controlled inputs, and best practices demonstrated by top self-generating Reps.
Phase 1 — System Mastery: How self-gen opportunities are created, how to work them efficiently, how to build a strong solar value presentation.
Phase 2 — Rep-Controlled Inputs: Daily actions Reps control; how effort translates to opportunity.
Phase 3 — Best Practices: What top Self-Genners do differently. Top Reps will host recorded Zooms sharing real workflows.
Pillar 4: Rep-Owned Self-Gen Plan
Every Rep must submit a written Self-Gen Plan outlining production targets, lead sources, weekly activity, skill improvement, and accountability.
- Personal Production Targets — Monthly income goal, weekly appointment target, monthly sales submissions
- Primary Lead Sources (1–3) — Why you chose them and how you will execute
- Weekly Activity Plan — Days worked, daily activity targets, follow-up strategy
- Skill Improvement Commitment — Skill being improved and how improvement will happen
- Accountability Statement — "I understand my results are directly tied to my activity and execution."
This plan becomes a coaching tool, an accountability tool, and a filter for seriousness. Leadership will review and provide feedback.
Performance-Based Internal Team Qualification
Internal leads and pre-set appointments are earned through self-generated performance, measured objectively through the REACH HQ point system.
Q2 Qualification Period
- June 1 – June 30
- Self-generated activity only — internal leads do not count
- REACH HQ timestamps apply — no retroactive adjustments

Internal Sales Team Qualification
- Top 10 Reps by total self-gen points qualify
- Status applies for Q3 (July–September)

Tie-breakers (if needed): Revenue generated · Sales submitted · Projects to PTO · Close rate · Earliest achievement
Access & Support Framework
Tier 1 — Top 10 Access: Direct leadership access via text and Discord anytime. Phone calls 8am–5:30pm Eastern. Deal-specific, execution-focused. Resets quarterly.
Tier 2 — Weekly Group Support (in addition to Sales Meeting): Structured Zoom call, skill and system focused, Q&A time, recorded and archived.
June Conditional Access (During Qualification)
Any Rep generating 1 self-gen lead per week in June may request office-hour style access, deal-specific help, and short tactical interactions.
